The Course includes video modules, PDFs, checklists, trackers, product links, and other educational materials (“Content”). This Content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use to teach individuals how to blowdry their own hair at home.

3. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

The Course and Content are for educational and informational purposes only. Individual results may vary. We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes you will achieve, including but not limited to the appearance, condition, or health of your hair.

By enrolling, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own hair, products, tools, and techniques.

The Instructor is not liable for any injury, damage, or undesired results, including hair breakage, hair loss, or dissatisfaction.

You assume all risk associated with the use of the Course and any related materials.

4. Medical / Professional Disclaimer

The Course does not replace professional medical, dermatological, or hair care advice. If you have scalp conditions, hair loss, allergies, or other concerns, consult a licensed professional before using any techniques, tools, or products demonstrated in the Course.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Content, including videos, PDFs, checklists, logos, images, and written material, is the exclusive property of Elisa Colella and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Content for commercial purposes.

Sell, license, or share the Content in any way for monetary gain.

Use the Content to create your own business, products, or online courses.

Record, capture, or redistribute the Course in any form.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this Course, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, except as may be required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Elisa Colella, her affiliates, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase, use, or inability to use the Course or Content.

This includes but is not limited to damages for:

Hair damage, hair loss, scalp irritation, or allergic reactions

Physical injury from tools or techniques demonstrated

Loss of income, business opportunities, or other personal or commercial losses

By enrolling, you release Elisa Colella from any and all claims related to the use of the Course.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elisa Colella, her affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Course, including violation of these Terms of Use or misuse of the Content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued access to the Course constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
