I have spent almost two decades behind the chair helping women look and feel their most confident through beautiful, healthy hair. But everything changed when my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer.

That season forced me to slow down and re-evaluate everything: how I worked, what I valued, and what I was putting on and around our bodies every day. As a mom and a granola girlie through and through, I knew I could not keep creating beauty in a way that did not also honour health and balance.

So I stepped away from the traditional salon model and began embracing a low-tox, mindful approach to hair and lifestyle. What started as a personal shift became the foundation of my work, and eventually, my salon: a space completely focused on hair and scalp health in a fragrance-free environment.

Over time, I became deeply focused on one of the most misunderstood and emotionally heavy things a woman can go through: hair loss. As a holistic hairstylist and hair loss coach, I began looking at hair loss the way it deserves to be looked at, from the inside out.
